OXJAMBRUM does the 11 bus route

On Sunday 3rd October prepare to experience a unique music experience as Oxjam take over the Number 11 bus route for a month long music festival, with further live music events taking place throughout October in 30 cities to raise money for the charity Oxfam.

Passengers are in for a truly different bus journey as they board the number 11 at the Hare and Hounds for a full lap of Europe’s longest urban bus route. During this ride, passengers are not only set to visit some of the most interesting neighborhoods in Birmingham but also in store for an eclectic mix spanning across generations and genres.

Alongside our 11 en-route stops, we will also be stopping mid route at The Bear in Bearwood for a couple of drinks and more fantastic live music from a local band before heading back to the Hare & Hounds for a Sunday lunch with a soulful twist from the Soul Food Project. Continue reading
