Plastic Fantastic
Saturday 26 July, various times – £15 per person
Make your own 80s-inspired jewellery at a special workshop led by Birmingham jewellers Working Clasp.

Black Country Voyages
Join the tour of Ikon’s own canal boat around the Black Country this summer:

 – Saltwells Nature Reserve, Dudley

 – The Red House Glass Cone, Stourbridge

Ikon Traces walking tour
Sunday 27 July, 2-4pm – £5 per person
Take a guided tour with photographer Pete Ashton, inspired by Ikon’s venues, artists and off-site activities. Organised as part of the Still Walking Festival 2014.

Art Explorer Fridays

Throughout August, 1-4pm – FREE
Drop in, collect an Art Explorer bag and take a trail around the exhibitions.

Story Time Tuesdays

Throughout August, 11-11.30am – FREE
Story-telling in the galleries, inspired by the exhibitions

Painting Workshop with Juneau Projects (pictured)
Thursday 7 August, 2-4.30pm – £4 per person
Enjoy a trip on the canal boat and take part in a practical painting session led by Midlands based artists Juneau Projects.
