Next week The Jekyll & Hyde in Birmingham is celebrating the Great British institution of Bangers & Mash with a week of locally-sourced Sausage delights.
Starting February 13 until Saturday 18 customers can enjoy a plateful of speciality sausages sourced from local award winning butcher Lashford & Sons served on a bed of creamy mash potatoes; all priced at £8.50 with spring champ mash and red wine gravy or £10.95 with the dessert of the day.
Sausages include pork & chilli, pork, Stilton & apricot, beef & Guinness, along with a vegetarian option. Also on the menu will be The Jubilee Sausage – comprising smoked bacon, prime English pork and a mix of eight spices to create a very regal flavour.
Food is served Monday – Friday 12-14:30pm & 17:00-20:00pm and Saturday’s 13:00-19:00pm.
