We all love having a good gawp at a celebrity in a spot of bother and from the 5th March, 2011 you can do just that at Castle Galleries, located in Birmingham’s Mailbox. The Gallery’s new Most Wanted exhibition allows you to look at some of the most notorious celeb-mug-shots. The collection of work by artist Louis Sidoli includes Steve McQueen, Kurt Cobian, Mick Jagger and Al Pacino.
The collection of iconic ‘Warhol’ inspired images includes some of the most famous faces from popular culture during the 20th century. It provides a fascinating look at the world of celebrity and it’s collision with the very different world of law and order.
Louis Sidoli will be opening the exhibition on Saturday 5th March, where visitors have the opportunity to meet the artist face-to face, as well as, the chance to immortalise themselves in the Most Wantedexhibition by creating their very own celeb-inspired mug shot.
