The summer months are upon us so it’s time to kick yourself into gear and see what delights Birmingham has to offer. If you’ve ever fancied yourself as a bit of a demon behind the wheel then now is your chance to prove it by getting your friends together and putting the pedal to the metal at the newly opened Formula 1 Karting in Kings Norton.
Whether you want to push yourself with the team endurance races or just go at it in the good old-fashioned grand prix style, Formula 1 Karting’s 600-metre track will be the perfect ground to gloat as you speed into first place. The circuit promises top of the range 200 cc gas powered karts, as well as a host of flashy goodies including a computerised score board, lap timing and even a winners’ podium-complete with champagne and trophies.
Team Fused will be heading down on the opening night to0, no-doubt to embarrass ourselves, so feel free to come and say hello at the chequered flag.
