Birmingham Chinese New Year Celebrations

Packing out Southside’s Arcadian Centre every Chinese New Year the celebrations for 2012′s year of the Dragon promises to be the biggest yet.

The celebrations kick-off with the traditional Ceremony of Dotting the Dragon’s eyes and continue with the dragon and lion dance along with fireworks.

There will also be extra performances in Birmingham Hippodrome’s Patrick Centre at 1pm and 3pm.
